AMARI STARKS

My name is Amari Starks, I am 20 years old and I am currently a Freshman in college enrolled remotely at Western Illinois University majoring in Marketing. 

I worked as a crew member/ server at Wendy's from 3/2022 to 8/2024. Some skills I learned include provided exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a friendly and professional manner, maintained cleanliness of dining area, ensuring tables were promptly cleared and sanitized for the next customer, prepared food items according to established recipes and portion sizes, maintaining high quality standards, collaborated with team members to ensure smooth workflow during busy periods, effectively managing time constraints, efficiently operated cash register, accurately handling transactions and providing correct change to customers, demonstrated strong communication skills by effectively conveying information about menu items to customers, adhered to company policies regarding food handling, storage, preparation, and presentation at all times & lastly followed all safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment for both staff and customers.
