About Amanda Norman:

Hi! I am an 18 year old college student who plans to major in nursing. I’ve always had a love for babies and caring for them, with the hope of getting my foot into the door of the medical field. To me, any healthcare position allows me to gain experience and hear terminology often, resulting in more experience and knowledge in the real world. 

Experience

I have interned at Deaconess Women’s for 11 weeks, through Southern Indiana Career & Technical Center (Attended SICTC Aug. 2022 - May 2024). In addition, I also have spent much of my time volunteering at Oasis Dementia Care. 

Education

I am currently a first year college student. I spent my first semester at IU in Indianapolis and now am enrolled at USI.
