Thank you for considering my resume'.  As you can see, I am an excellent candidate. As you can see from my resume’, I have the right blend of skills, supervisory experience, education and customer service expertise to be a great asset. I am currently a Commercial Real Estate Portfolio Manager working remotely. Having been with my current company for nearly 17 years, I have grown tremendously, both personally and professionally. I love my current company, the people and culture. However, my work-life balance has recently become less-than balanced, with a consistently growing workload and little recognition with no additional compensation. I previously worked in property management at a large community, Antelope Pines Estates (now known as Sienna Heights). The asset was a 312-unit multifamily property, consisting of 1, 2 and 3 bedroom apartments as well as townhomes. I managed the community, as a Leasing Consultant, alongside the Assistant Manager, Property Manager and Maintenance Crew. I assisted in all property management aspects, including credit application processing, estate marketing, rent collection (including delinquent collections), maintenance requests and work order validations, vendor set-up, and most importantly, serving current and prospective residents. I would be delighted to have the opportunity to bring my energetic, hard-working and quick-learning attitude to enter a new career.

As a graduate from the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill, I have worked multiple jobs becoming proficient in communications within an office environment.
