Alyssa Vanegas

With extensive experience in the hospitality industry, including my most recent role as bar manager at the Starbucks reserve, I am eager to bring my expertise in beverage development, team leadership, and operational management to a dynamic restaurant.

During my time as bar manager at Starbucks Reserve, I led a team of 20 staff members, where I was responsible for daily operations, inventory management, waste control, quality control and training new staff. I successfully developed a new cocktail that generated $40,000 in revenue within four months, an achievement that directly contributed to meeting our sales goals. 

Previously, as head bartender at Red Lobster, I elevated my skills in customer service and bartending, crafting a wide variety of beverages and training staff in standards. I developed a sense of what elevates a guest experience, whether it would be through a well crafted cocktail or seamless service. My ability to create a strong rapport with customers and staff, combined with my leadership in training and mentoring, makes me confident that I can be a valuable addition to a restaurant team.
