·     Defined the strategy for the 5 year plan called Vision-2014 that three- fold revenues during the time frame.

·     Increased geographical foot print with operations deployed in 78 countries across the globe at the end of 2011.

·     Design and implementation of the Enterprise Excellence Program (WOPEP).

·     Four folded revenues during the time frame with sizable pulltrough to the bottom line.

SQ indicators, well construction participation and overall customer satisfaction.

·      Deployment of newly formed land drilling rig business with 48 owned units.

·     Increased market share of Key services expanding well construction revenues to represent 40% of the portfolio (as a result of integrated drilling well construction programs in Mexico – +1800 wells).

Accomplishments

·     Substantially improve the quality, health, safety and environment results by implementing a management system which standardizes processes.

·     Implement a RO/field management project managing all well construction

and production activities for the NOCin Colombia. First multi-year/Multi- million dollar type of contract inthe hemisphere. 

·     Install the first remote control reservoir monitoring and management

system for remotely handling oil field operations using internet. 70 wells connected.

·     Increase business scope of work including surface facilities for oilfields early production schemes. 72 MM$ project.

·     Design and implementation of the supply chain management function.
