Alondra Diaz

I am a passionate and dedicated youth educator with a strong
commitment to fostering student growth and academic success.
My enthusiasm for education began in high school, and I have
continued to develop my skills in lesson planning, student
engagement, and classroom management. With a background in
mentorship, behavioral intervention, and bilingual
communication, I aim to continue my career in education,
making a lasting impact on students and their communities.

Serve as the Lead Youth Leader, taking on leadership responsibilities in the

absence of the coordinator, ensuring smooth program operations alongside the

assistant coordinator.

• Provide mentorship and training to new staff members on best instructional

practices and strategies.

• Co-coach the cheerleading program, fostering teamwork, discipline, and school

spirit among students.

• Create engaging, age-appropriate weekly lesson plans to promote academic and

social-emotional development.

• Utilize PBIS strategies to encourage positive student behavior and engagement.

• Engaged in routine meetings with the leadership team to address strategies, tackle

challenges, and highlight achievements.
