I have over 10 years of experience in technical recruiting, specializing in sourcing and hiring for engineering, product, and creative roles. I've worked in fast-paced tech companies and startups, successfully filling high-impact positions.

Bachelor's degree in Business Management from BYUH with an emphasis on HR/OB and being on one of the first ones to get the Entrepreneurial Certificate there. I've also completed side courses on my own specifically for Recruiting
