About Ally Reddish:
I have a bachelor’s degree in Emergency Management from Massachusetts Maritime Academy and will complete my Master’s in Facilities Management in March 2025. My background includes emergency planning, operational coordination, disaster response, and leadership roles that have strengthened my ability to work under pressure and manage teams effectively.
I have experience in team coordination, training, and retention, gained through roles such as Senior Training and Retention Officer and Orientation Squad Leader. Additionally, my involvement as captain of my college soccer and lacrosse teams has reinforced my teamwork, decision-making, and adaptability skills.
