In 2001 Chad Thomas decided to get his own residential and commercial roofing contracting license to eventually be able to start his own Phoenix roofing company. Once Chad was able to earn enough money to eventually start his own company he needed to find another job. He took a job at one of the largest roofing companies in Arizona in 2002 where he started out as a working foreman and eventually worked his way to becoming the GM of all of operations.

He started by working for his father’s residential roofing company in 1988 while still going to school. Shortly after high school he was employed at one of the largest commercial roofing companies in the valley. His job title was production manager where he was in charge of all day to day operations.
