Allison Mejia

Hi, I’m 21 years old and currently a college student working as a server at Talbot Country Club. I’ve been able to build strong communication and customer service skills from working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. I really enjoy connecting with people and making sure they have a great experience. I’m also very organized and reliable, and I’m looking for opportunities where I can keep learning and growing while contributing to a positive team

I currently work as a server at Talbot Country Club, where I’ve gained strong experience in customer service, teamwork, and time management. My role requires me to provide excellent service to members and guests, handle multiple tables at once, and communicate effectively with both customers and coworkers. Working in a fast-paced environment has taught me how to stay organized, manage responsibilities efficiently, and maintain a positive attitude even during busy times.

I am currently a college student pursuing a degree in Social Work. Through my studies, I’ve developed strong skills in communication, empathy, and problem-solving, which I apply both in and outside the classroom. My coursework has helped me better understand how to support and work with people from diverse backgrounds. Balancing school and my job has strengthened my time management and responsibility, and I’m motivated to continue gaining real-world experience that aligns with my goal of becoming a social worker.
