Allison Lee

My name is Allison Lee, I'm from Los Angeles, and I'm a food science major (culinology concentration) at Cal Poly SLO who just graduated in December.

In my free time, I love baking and cooking, listening to music, watching sports, America's Test Kitchen, and Friends, hiking, playing with my dog, and spending time with family and friends.

I worked at my school's creamery, where I produced different cheeses and ice creams, and aided in packaging and labeling.

For my senior school project, I helped create new flavors of ice cream as well as helped to improve its attributes at Manhattan Beach Creamery. 

I graduated from Cal Poly SLO with a degree in food science and concentration in culinology.
