Lead editor of the Georgia Travel Guide, working with a 25-member team from the Georgia Department of Economic Development to produce the state's branded tourism-marketing media product (with a print run of 700,000 copies). In 2019, Allison's environmental-travel writing for Southbound took home the bronze award at the prestigious Lowell Thomas Awards.
