You will be responsible for answering incoming phone calls, providing information about our services, and accurately capturing essential details for follow-up. **Responsibilities:** * Answer incoming phone calls promptly and professionally. * Clearly and concisely explain the types of contracting work * Gather essential information from callers, such as project type, location, and contact details. * Accurately record caller information and the nature of their inquiry in our system. * Schedule initial consultations or estimate appointments for our project managers or estimators. * Provide basic information regarding our company policies and procedures. * Route calls to the appropriate personnel when necessary. * Maintain a positive and helpful demeanor with all callers. * Assist with basic administrative tasks as needed.

- Successfully managed and completed diverse contracting projects, ranging from [briefly mention types of projects, e.g., residential renovations and commercial build-outs.
- Oversaw all aspects of project lifecycles, including initial client consultations, scope definition, budgeting, scheduling, subcontractor coordination, and final quality checks.

- Effectively managed project teams, including direct employees and subcontractors, ensuring clear communication and efficient workflow.
- Proactively identified and resolved project challenges, minimizing delays and cost overruns.
- Implemented and maintained safety protocols on job sites, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.
