With over 10 years of experience I have steadily advanced through building a career grounded in both clinical integrity and business strategy. Starting in frontline patient advocacy and clinical education roles, I quickly demonstrated a talent for blending operational insights with a strategic mindset — leading to rapid promotions and expanded responsibilities.

Currently serving as Director of Sales and Marketing for Nobis Rehabilitation Partners, I collaborate with executive leadership to drive regional growth, redesign business development strategies, and lead data-informed initiatives that improve team performance and market positioning. I bring a strong clinical background and a deep understanding of the importance for operational organization, enabling me to align patient advocacy with revenue-generating strategies.

My earlier roles as Clinical Standards Director and Clinical Liaison strengthened my ability to lead with both clinical insight and business acumen—ensuring regulatory compliance while enhancing patient outcomes and stakeholder relationships.
