I have a background in both operational leadership and data analytics. With over seven years of hands-on experience managing high-performing teams in fast-paced hospitality environments, paired with my academic foundation in Applied Mathematics and current graduate work in Data Analytics, I offer a unique blend of people-first leadership and data-driven strategy.
