I am looking for potential roles in HelpDesk, Instructional Technology, and Jr. Sys admin. Certified by Clover Park tech as a Help Desk Technician, Server Administrator, and Linux Admin. 

Experience

  • Instructor of Technical Literacy.
  • Teaching in the I-BEST Automotive and I-BEST Construction programs at CPTC.
  • Teaching a site-based ESL class online.
  • Spearheading a group meeting once a month for I-BEST teachers to collaborate and share instructional strategies and resources.
  • Acted as one of two administrators for our Canvas LMS system, as well as Zoom, and Panopto during the pandemic.
  • Training staff and advising faculty coaches on training for best online practices using Zoom, Panopto, and other software’s.
  • Leading faculty in-service breakout sessions to answer all faculty questions regarding educational teaching software.
  • Creating video tutorials of different software functions to post for faculty reference.
  • Troubleshooting technical issues with staff.
  • Tutored students in the campus computer lab on using software, as well as basic math and English help.
  • Assisting students in moving to a new email system at Clover Park by guiding them through the email creation process step-by-step, as well as changing passwords as needed.
  • Troubleshot and created workarounds for non-functioning computers in the lab.
