I have over 20 years of legal billing experience and 5 years of mortgage & loan software billing experience. I have many years of experience in everthing from new matter set up, AR (including collections), AP, standard billing, E-billing, rate approvals and increase set ups, appeals on all levels, new hire training and set ups, payroll, bank reconciliations, document managament, supervising billing teams, training billing teams and working closely with managing partners to establish process improvements. I have experience on most ebilling sites and platforms. 

I spent 2 plus years in Heald College studying business administartion and computer processing.
