• Volunteer at the front desk and provide patient assistance, offering important information for patients and guests.
• Making sure all guests are identified and safe to visit patients and other areas of the hospital to ensure the security and protection of the hospital’s members.

• Volunteer at the front desk and as a discharge coordinator in the evenings 
• Interact with patients from a wide range of socioeconomic backgrounds and I was able to communicate in Spanish with some patients.
