Adrianna Deise

I consider my greatest strengths to be my curiosity, dependability, compassion, and empathy. Throughout my career, I have been deeply committed to lifelong learning and am currently pursuing a post‑graduate degree to continue expanding my knowledge and skills. I have had the privilege of publishing, teaching, and caring for patients across diverse settings—including telehealth, in‑home care, and clinic‑based practice. I feel fortunate to have found an occupation where I can serve others while living out these values every day, using curiosity to guide my growth and empathy to connect meaningfully with my patients.

With a foundation built on diverse clinical and academic experience, I have had the privilege of serving patients in a wide range of healthcare settings including in hospital orthopedics, pain management, the operating room, both adult and pediatric emergency and intensive care units, in clinic primary care, plastic surgery and wellness. My career has allowed me to work with complex patient populations across the continuum of care, from acute interventions to long-term wellness management. In addition to my clinical practice, I have shared my knowledge and passion for nursing by teaching at both the community college and university levels, helping to prepare the next generation of healthcare professionals with a focus on evidence-based, holistic, compassionate care.

My educational journey in nursing began while working as a unit secretary during my studies for an Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN), where I developed a strong foundation in patient care and healthcare operations. Building on that experience, I earned my Master’s degree as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP), which allowed me to expand my scope of practice and clinical expertise across diverse patient populations. I am currently pursuing a post‑graduate certificate in Psychiatry at the University of Cincinnati, continuing my commitment to lifelong learning and advancing my ability to provide comprehensive, compassionate, and evidence‑based care in both medical and behavioral health settings.
