Adrian Marshall

Accomplished insurance professional with 19 years of experience leading insurance and claims operations across multiple claim departments.  Extensive background including mentoring, training, and directly managing claims adjusters in the proper handling of claim files, investigating, negotiating the settlements of bodily injury, litigation and subrogation files.  Areas of demonstrated success include: managing departments of more than 35 associates, supervising and coaching the negotiation and settlement of bodily injury claims and first party medical claims.  

Looking back on my career I could sum my experience up as “fixer”.  In the majority of roles I have been challenged with making improvements to processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.  I consider foresight, attention to detail and the reviewing of processes to be professional strengths.  The statement of “there is always room for improvement” is the adage I work and manage by. 

I hold a BS in Emergency Management and Planning from the University of North Texas.  I graduated Magna cum Laude with a 3.91 GPA.
