Adam Bussell

Adam currently oversees Sydell Group's operating hotels as the direct report for the property’s General Managers. He works closely with the full on property Executive Committees on revenue generating and cost saving strategies and is highly involved in the financial reporting to ownership, additionally working on hotel projects in development, and most recently focusing on the transition to Hilton. Adam began his time with Sydell group in 2018 as part of the preopening team of NoMad LA as Hotel Manager, he also was part of the taskforce opening team of NoMad Las Vegas.

From June of 2019 through July of 2021 Adam was the General Manager of Sydell’s largest managed property, LINE Austin. The 428 key hotel had 4 Food & Beverage outlets all run internally with over 20,000 sq ft of event space and generated $45m+ revenue annually. In 2021 he was the preopening and opening Managing Director of Hotel Greystone in Miami Beach. 

Prior to Sydell Group Adam was with The London Hotel in West Hollywood as Assistant General Manager and was in various roles at Gramercy Park Hotel and Morgans Hotel Group. 
Adam earned his bachelor's degree from Marymount Manhattan in New York City..
