Experience

  • CEO & CHRO Strategic Advising: Provides informed thought partnership and counsel to senior business leaders to ensure their talent strategies are driven by business needs and aligned with enterprise-wide priorities. 
  • Talent Acquisition: Works with business and talent acquisition teams to ensure delivery of prioritized, effective hiring plans. Performs in-depth assessment processes including scorecards, assessment interviews, and psychometric testing that identifies positional fit for new leaders.
  • Coaching & Executive Development: Performs continuous coaching of c-suite leaders and other senior executives. Customizes unique senior leadership programs to accelerate growth and professional development. Defines leadership priorities for developing high-potential talent.
  • Talent Management: Partners with CEOs and CHROs to define and execute annual talent strategies, including succession management, recruitment, integration and onboarding, employee engagement, and executive leadership development. Facilitates annual talent roundtable discussions and drives the implementation of senior leader coaching plans into practical and sustainable action
