I am a researcher, practitioner, policy analyst, and manager with over eight years of professional experience in the fields of migration, refugee protection, and international development. My career spans academic institutions such as The Institute for the Study of International Migration (ISIM)- Georgetown University, humanitarian organizations including UNHCR and Save the Children, and international research projects.
My expertise focuses on migration systems, refugee integration, and social policy, with strong skills in data analysis (Python, R, SQL, SPSS, STATA) and policy evaluation. Beyond academic and research work, I bring hands-on practitioner experience in program management, case coordination, and community engagement.
Fluent in English, Dari/Farsi, Pashto, and Arabic, I am able to effectively connect with diverse communities and navigate multicultural contexts. I am deeply committed to advancing inclusive policies, supporting displaced populations, and bridging the gap between research and practice.
