My name is Abigail Rivas, a high-spirited and dedicated high school student with a passion for childcare and children's products. As a 10th grader at Beta Academy, I am committed to achieving academic success while also pursuing my interests in community involvement and personal growth.

Growing up in a family that prioritizes the care and development of children, I have always been surrounded by opportunities to learn and interact with kids of various age groups. This has allowed me to develop a deep understanding of their needs and interests, which I have been able to apply in my volunteer work at the Kids Ministry at Comunidad Vina in Los Angeles. Here, I have honed my skills in creating safe, nurturing environments for children while engaging them in age-appropriate activities.

When I am not in school or volunteering, I enjoy exploring the latest trends in children's products, such as toys, clothing, and educational materials. I believe that staying informed about these trends allows me to better connect with children and their families, ensuring a positive and meaningful experience for all.

In addition to my passion for childcare, I pride myself on my strong communication and interpersonal skills. I am fluent in both English and Spanish, which enables me to effectively interact with diverse communities. My friendly and energetic demeanor, combined with my ability to work well in team-based settings, makes me a valuable asset in any customer service-oriented role.

Outside of my professional and academic pursuits, I enjoy spending time with my family and friends, reading, and exploring the outdoors. I am constantly seeking new opportunities to learn, grow, and make a positive impact in the lives of those around me.

I am a dedicated and high-achieving 10th-grade student currently attending Beta Academy in Houston, TX.  I have also taken advantage of extracurricular activities and clubs, allowing me to explore my interests and further develop my skills. As a bilingual student fluent in both English and Spanish, I have honed my language and communication abilities, making me an effective communicator in diverse environments.
