Abbigail Osgood

I am a physician assistant in Anchorage, Alaska. I graduated from Pacific University School of Physician Assistant Studies in August 2025. I have since worked in urogynecology and am now hoping to expand into a different clinical interest area for my next role. 

Most recently, I worked as a Physician Assistant in Urogynecology at Alaska Women's Health in Anchorage, AK. I provided outpatient clinic care as well as spending time as a surgical assist. I worked this role for just over 3 months before my surgeon and supervising physician left the practice. Subsequently, my position dissolved and I have begun pursuing my next physician assistant role. 

I also worked a variety of clinical roles prior to attending PA school. These include gastroenterology endoscopy technician and nurse aide at Stillwater Surgery Center in Oklahoma, Certified Nursing Assistant at St. Elias Specialty Hospital in Alaska, and Direct Support Professional at the Arc of Anchorage in Alaska. 

I obtained my Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies (MSPAS) from Pacific University in August 2025 and subsequently continued education to obtain my Doctor of Medical Science (DMSc) degree from Pacific University in December 2025. Prior to PA education, I obtained a Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry at Minnesota State University- Mankato. 

I also gained my NCCPA PA certification through PANCE examination in August 2025 and am licensed in the state of Alaska.
