I have over 15 years of experience in Healthcare and security management. I have been working throughout to get the work done effectively and efficiently with and through other people. I have been successful in achieving goals and targets of the company. Firstly, I have been involved in healthcare management for the last 10 years. I was working as a HR Manager and Assistant Operations Manager in Bhagat Chandra Hospital in New Delhi India. There I used to handle all the hiring and the terminations of the medical staff. Also, there were the standard operating procedures to be adhered to for the streamlining of the processes. I also was working as a Quality Executive in Rockland Hospital in New Delhi India where I did keep up with maintaining the standard and quality measures in each department of the hospital. Also, at Community Forward SF I was an Operations Assistant where I used to keep up with the inventory logs and update the maintenance requests on upkeep and prepare daily audit reports. I also carried out errands for Aire Health, specializing in nebulizers. 

Secondly, I have been involved in cyber security management from the last 7 years. I was working in Bloomberg as a Security Supervisor. I used to go above and beyond the required to get the tasks completed with and through other officers. Raising tickets for any concerns or issuing the badges for new employees by requesting on the portal and acknowledging of alarms in the building was done along with monitoring of the cameras. Also, I was at Salesforce Global Operations center. There I used to create RIMT and Advisories and pass information on SLACK and analyze data and do the Fieldglass terminations. I would also answer calls on Lenel to give badge access. Then as a Field Team Manager with Patrol Solutions and Supervisor with Defense Logistics Specialists Corp, I used to go from site to site and do site check and post checks and tell other officers to keep up with the site’s post orders. I also did scheduling of the officers and made sure every officer reached on time. I also would write-up officer for any disobediences. 

Thirdly, I was also continuing to expand my managerial expertise in operations management and office administration. At VFS Global, I was an Operations Officer where I used to submit applications for tourism and residency applications, and also did back-end tasks with scan and VAF of applications for the Schengen mission. Besides, at the Ace Plumbing and Rooter, I used to reconcile credit card statements on QuickBooks. I also transferred invoices from Service Titan and handled collecting of payments for the company. I also secured the inventory for the staff and ordered as needed. The files of the plumbing trucks and their documentation was kept up to date. These wide arrays of working atmosphere and the managing of the employees has given hands to my experiences by gaining efficiencies and effectiveness throughout the managerial functions.

 I would like to throw some light on my educational history. I am currently in the final year of completing Bachelor of Science in Management from University of San Francisco. I also did a Post Graduate Diploma from International Institute of Health Management and Research in Hospital Management. I did a green belt training in lean management six sigma from Simpler Institute. Prior to that I achieved the International Baccalaureate Diploma form Modesto High School. Before that I achieved a Bachelor of Arts from Bhatkhande Sangit Vidyapith University and stood first in my final year.
