    Warehouse Associate Position at Becton, Dickinson and Company

    Schedule: Monday - Thursday | 3:00 PM - 1:00 AM EST

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Outbound shipments staging and loading using RF, Fork Lift, and WMS.
    • Researching inventory discrepancies for reconciliation.
    • Following OS&D processes.
    • Verifying pallets in the lane and consolidating when necessary.
    • Wrapping pallets securely for transportation.
    • Labeling pallets and generating Packing list.
    • Loading freight using Fork Lift and RF technology.
    • Maintaining a neat work area as per SOP.
    • Following Good Documentation Practices (GDP) as outlined in SOP.
    • Transporting pallets by MHE if required.
    • Adhering to safety instructions for a secure working environment.
    • Acting as backup for other warehouse positions as needed.
    • Adhering to attendance policies and C2C training modules.

    Qualifications:

    • High School diploma or GED required.
    • 2 years' warehouse experience preferred.
    • Experience with pallet jack and fork lift preferred.
    • Basic arithmetic, reading, and writing skills.
    • Ability to maintain detailed records.
    • Physical coordination and attention to detail.
    • Ability to lift/move specific weights as per requirements.
    • Normal field of vision and hearing for safe operation of equipment.
    • Pre-employment physical exam required.
