- Minimum of 10 years of experience in demand forecasting, risk management, and statistical modeling.
- Extensive experience in developing and applying statistical models and simulations to forecast demand and assess risks.
- Proven ability to conduct data mining and trend analysis to identify patterns and insights that inform decision-making.
- Demonstrated experience in using the AMSAA Reliability Growth Assessment Process or similar reliability models.
- Experience in performing risk assessments and developing risk mitigation strategies for complex systems.
- Bachelor's degree (BS/BA) in a related field. In lieu of a degree, 15+ years of relevant experience will be considered.
- Expertise in AMSAA Reliability Growth Assessment Process or similar models.
- Proficiency in Lean Six Sigma methodologies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or equivalent certification in statistics is desirable.
- Active Secret Clearance required.
