- Work with various stakeholders to understand their business needs & data requirements, analyzing data to provide insights and recommendations, and developing reports and dashboards to communicate findings.
- Collect, clean, and transform data from various sources.
- Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
- Automate data collection and reporting processes.
- Develop and maintain data models and data dictionaries.
- Continuously monitor data quality and identify and resolve data-related issues.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest data analysis techniques and tools and recommend improvements to existing processes.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in data analysis, data modeling and a passion for working with data to drive business decisions.
- Bachelors degree in mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proficiency in SQL and Excel.
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
- Experience with statistical analysis tools such as R or Python.
- Good understanding of ETL processes and data warehousing.
- Experience on the Salesforce platform will be a PLUS.
- Understanding of data modeling and database design.
- Strong experience in SQL - Experience with SQL database programming, SQL performance. tuning, relational model analysis, queries, stored procedures, views, functions, and triggers.
- Experience using PySpark & Pandas Libraries for Data transformation activities will be a plus.
- Knowledge of different databases (Postgres, SQL Server, Oracle, Snowflake DB, Redshift etc.).
- Strong experience with ETL processes and using SQL or Python for ETL.
- Experience working in Cloud Environment (AWS/AZURE/GCP).
- Good to have experience/knowledge in BI tools (Tableau/Power BI).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
