- Support NAVSEA Submarine Quality Assurance Office with requirements manual administrative changes and revision support for submarine material condition safety during trials and operation.
- Process manual language change requests from shipyards and facilities regarding work procedures for submarines during maintenance.
- Manage language change progress from receipt to approval by liaising with Navy technical offices, track comments and resolutions, maintain documentation, and develop formal correspondence.
- Assist in managing a SharePoint website to track manual changes and revision projects.
- Participate in technical meetings between Government program offices and shipyards for submarine design tasks, including preparation, minutes, reports, and action items handling.
- Support Program Office reports, correspondence, and metric development.
- Potential for technical growth with experience in understanding manual requirements and providing suggestions to the Navy customer.
- Bachelor's degree or three years of related work experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
- Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills.
- Reliability, initiative, ability to multitask and prioritize, adherence to procedures and instructions, attention to detail, and clear communication.

Summary/objective:
Support NAVSEA 07Q office in processing formal language change requests to special emphasis program requirements manuals. Assist in high-level Navy meetings preparation, minutes, and action items capture.
