    Job Summary:

    The Senior Account Manager oversees the servicing of a designated book of business as relating to marketing, claims, and administration

    This individual research an issues root cause, implements, and resolves policy-related issue

    Develops reports for Clients and more senior staff, provides interpretation and implication of analysis, as well as recommendation

    Provides expertise in strategic planning and consultative advice to clients, including the production, analysis, and recommendations for changes to insurance program

    Develops and presents coverages and renewal terms to Client

    Assesses and interprets exposure information from the Client

    Analyzes quotes from carriers to determine appropriate recommendation

    Interprets and evaluates policy terms to ensure adequate coverage for Clients identified exposure

    Participates in negotiations with carriers for new and renewal quote

    Audits quotes, binders and endorsements and makes requests for changes as needed

    Binds coverage?

    Performs other work-related duties as assigned

    Requirements:

    The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field, or equivalent experience and/or education required

    Typically, more than seven years of Client services experience is required

    Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint)

    Understands industry trends and governmental regulations

    Strong attention to detail required

    Ability to travel by automobile and aircraft and be away from home more than one day and night

    Ability to work outside of normal business hours as needed
