    About the Role

    Looking for a new challenge in sales? TD SYNNEX is seeking an Inside Account Representative to provide exceptional customer service to our partners while driving revenues and margins. As an Inside Account Representative, you'll engage with specific accounts and work proactively to ensure organizational profitability.

    Responsibilities
    • Responsible for revenue and profitability growth in the assigned territory.
    • Generates opportunities through outbound calling to customer territory and potential new targets.
    • Ability to understand account P&L metrics and make pricing decisions with guidance.
    • Coordinates with field sales team on RFPs, proposals, and presentations.
    • Performs account research and maintains detailed profiles for territory.
    • Builds internal relationships with supporting departments.
    • Identifies potential issues and provides timely visibility to superiors.
    • Develops documentation for sales accounts and offloads tasks to internal teams.
    Requirements
    • High School Graduate.
    • Ability to work under pressure, interact well with others, and maintain professionalism.
    • Strong organizational skills, business maturity, and problem-solving abilities.
