Essential FunctionsLeadership:
Builds internal and external alignment on product strategy and execution. Influence cross-functional partners to align around solving customer problems.
Directly influence EWS and customer executives with vision, strategy, and product plansProduct Development and Management:
Builds/develops the methodology, tools and processes used to deliver new features and manage the existing product, contributing to the practice of product management at EWS.
Understands and articulates consumer pain points and defines innovative solutions that delight consumers, merchants and FIs alike.Customer Partnership & Alignment:
Holds the product team accountable for demonstrating a deep understanding of customer problems and pain points. Focuses on gaining insights into customer needs by discovering and solving unmet needs.
Driving Team Outcomes:
Works closely with marketing, sales, design, and engineering - driving strong go-to-market strategies to achieve product usage goals.
Builds, aligns, and motivates the product team to work cross-functionally to deliver a great consumer experience and outstanding business outcomes for all Zelle stakeholders.
Performance Focused:
Leads and develops highly engaged, high-performance teams; mentors team members and works independently with high energy and urgency
Risk Management:

engineering, math, operations research) or related field or equivalent work experience15 or more years of experience in the consumer payments market, with preference for network and/ or P2P experience.
Proven experience in and passion for building and delivering successful products; demonstrated experience in setting a product strategy, roadmap, and successfully meeting product targets.
Demonstrated experience in the use of operating metrics, data, and analytics to define and test growth strategies.Prior experience working with marketing, UX, engineering, risk, legal, and compliance in a seamless cross-functional construct.
Demonstrated experience in design thinking and agile development process and methodologies.
Demonstrated leadership experience and cross functional collaboration experience including direct management experience.
Experience in recruiting and developing talent.

Working conditions consist of a normal office environment.Work is primarily sedentary and requires extensive use of a computer and involves sitting for periods of approximately four hours.

The pay scale for this position in:
New York, NY in USD per year is: $320,000 - $350,000.This pay scale is subject to change and is not necessarily reflective of actual compensation that may be earned, nor a promise of any specific pay for any specific candidate, which is always dependent on legitimate factors considered at the time of job offer.
