    Mac Duggal is looking for a hardworking and passionate Quality Control Coordinator to join our

    growing team. This role will support the company initiative to meet and exceed quality standards

    across all categories and distribution channels. Impeccable attention to detail is crucial to the

    success of this role. This role resides in the Chicago headquarters.

    Primary Responsibilities:

    • Ability to maintain individual task list, and be an independent worker
    • Ensure that factories are implementing fitting corrections by checking stock as it arrives

    in the warehouse

    • Coordinate with sales team, e-commerce team, merchandising team and in-house

    alteration department to understand issues in production

    • Communicate with the alteration department to fix the garments.
    • Train the QC team how to inspect the garment
    • Coordination with Warehouse leads to ensure the Warehouse inspections are timely.
    • Create and manage WIP reports for each factory and each CTN
    • Manage domestic and international quality control
    • Attend and collaborate in meetings with a technical designer and an import manager.
    • Provide weekly reports of all outstanding production issues with cross functional team

    A successful candidate will possess the following:

    • B.A. Apparel Design or Apparel Production or similar field
    • General knowledge of garment construction and standards required
    • Excellent Microsoft Excel skills a must
    • Prior experience with Inventory Management Systems a plus
    • Excellent time management/project skills with ability to multitask
    • Knowledge of garment manufacturing and quality assurance is a plus.
    • Ability to work in a face paced, high volume, sku intensive environment
    • Ability to navigate ambiguity and make sound decisions; naturally biased toward action

    while remaining calm in a high-pressure environment

    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Team -focused, with the ability to achieve or exceed objectives while working

    collaboratively with other team members.

    **This is an onsite role, must be able to work in person 5 days a week
