    Responsibilities:

    The firmwide Finance Director works with the Chief Practice Officer to
    coordinate all accounting of Pages revenue-producing activities across its business units,
    including offices and sectors. This leader obtains financial data pertinent to the metrics and
    analytics of each business unit, aids in relevant financial reporting; and provides Pages CRO
    and CFO with the information necessary to assess each business units impact upon the firms
    profitability, cash flow, and realization of its growth objectives. This leader uses their insight,
    expertise, and experience to manage accounting staff designated for each of Pages practice
    areas in order to support its mission and goals.

    Key Accountabilities:

    1.) Practice Accounting & Financial Analytics

    • Leads accounting teams for revenue-generating activities in all business unit areas.
    • Collaborates with CRO and CFO in generating information regarding revenue,
      financial projections, and management for accomplishment of strategic
      objectives through practice revenue.
    • Responsible for Pages project accounting operations, including financial and cost
      accounting, support of budgeting and strategic planning, forecasting, and pertinent
      internal reporting.
    • Responsible for regulatory compliance and best practices for accounting and financial
      management.
    • Manages metrics and analytics reporting for Pages financial data.
    • Foster and demonstrate essential aspects of Pages culture.

    2.) Thought & Industry Leadership Support

    • Internal subject matter expert on accounting, operations, financial regulatory
      compliance, financial planning, reporting and analysis on a project, business unit and
      firmwide and practice basis.

    3.) Staff Professional Development and Mentorship

    • Ability to connect with staff at all levels of the organization in different sectors and
      disciplines and train them in accounting practices for practice project and
      business unit financial management.
    • Collaboration with CRO& CFO in leadership and oversight of talent acquisition efforts for
      hires at the staff level for Finance/Accounting.
    • Cultivate and exemplify a positive and productive culture that reflects Pages values.
    • Coordinate with executives and leaders to encourage cross-pollination and broad
      strategies for collaboration across the organization in order to ensure sound financial
      practice management.
    • Cultivation of Finance/Accounting staff and collaboration to promote career
      development and growth.

    4.) Other duties as assigned.

    General Expectations:

    • Demonstrated expertise and experience in development of accounting best practices,
      standard operating procedures, and reporting.
    • Experience in managing accounting teams at the project, business unit and firmwide.
      Ability to bridge multiple internal stakeholders from staff to regional leaders to corporate
      executives and coordinate resources to accomplish objectives.
    • Demonstrated success in working with teams in different disciplines to ensure compliance,
      reporting, and thorough accounting relevant to each practice and project type.
    • Broad understanding of organizational practices, operational imperatives, and financial
      tools used to analyze and support strategic goals.
    Qualifications:
    • Degree or equivalent experience in field of practice.
    • Minimum of 8 years of related experience in the AEC industry or other comparable
      organization.
    • Comprehensive understanding of the AEC industry.
    • Expertise in best practices related to finance and accounting for AEC organizations.
    • Demonstrated history of effective communications for a variety of purposes.
    • Strong visual, verbal, and written communication skills.
    • Strong leadership and management skills.
    • Travel as required.
