- Complete written evaluations on all staff under directsupervision; review and approve staff evaluations completed bysubordinate managers or supervisors in accordance with corporateguidelines.
- Routinely review subordinates' payroll records and theuse ofovertime.
- Three years of experience in a criminal justice field,which includes two years in a supervisory capacity or two years asa CoreCivic Case Manager or Correctional Counselor, isrequired.
- Additional qualifying education may be substituted forthe experience on a year-for-yearbasis.
- Experience on a "CoreCivic Way" unit management teamthat includes time served as an acting Unit Manager may besubstituted for the aforementionedqualifications.
- Must demonstrate knowledge of the principles andpractices of correctional facility management, supervision, andtraining as well as knowledge of, pertinent corrections laws, rulesandregulations. A valid driver's licenseis required.
- Minimum age requirement: Must be at least 18 years ofage.
