- Establishes and communicates sales quotas and goals for CRM team.
- Monitors and approves expenses and events with adherence to budget.
- Supports CRM team at events as necessary to ensure success.
- Works with Clinic Director and CRM to understand clinic needs and improve internal and external marketing of services offered by the clinic.

At Ageless Men's Health we focus on safe and medically managed testosterone replacement therapy, weight management, skin care and concierge medicine to help our patients improve their overall health and wellness.
With over 70 clinics nationwide and a growing patient base, Ageless Men's Health is in a period of exponential growth. We are expanding in all facets of business and looking for an experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts and Client Relations Manager (sales) team.
JOB SUMMARY
As a Sales Manager with Ageless Men's Health, you will have the opportunity to oversee and lead the sales and marketing activities of the sales team (we call them Client Relations Managers) at clinics throughout the company. This position will require a significant amount of travel (75%) with a home base out of our Scottsdale, AZ headquarters location.
