    Description

    Overview:

    The Senior Data Analyst position will be responsible for supporting the client and HUB operations with a variety of data and analytical services, including formulating and applying data analytics and other optimizing methods to develop and interpret information to assist senior management make operational decisions and formulate policy.

    Responsibilities:
    • Conduct complex analysis of client functional business processes and data;
    • Query and navigate across multiple data domains to produce data analysis findings;
    • Return clean, comprehensive, and relevant datasets;
    • Collaborate with project team members and technical/database leads to provide insights into data issues driving business decisions and processing events;
    • Generate standard or custom reports using SQL;
    • Synthesize current business intelligence or trend data to support recommendations for action;
    • Identify, monitor, and analyze current and potential trends customers;
    • Create/update databases, build complex stored procedures (SQL), dashboards, systems, or develop process methods;
    • Prepare reports and correspondences concerning project specifications, activities, or status; and
    • Consults with customers or other departments on project status, proposals, or technical issues.

    Qualifications:
    • Requires a Bachelors degree (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Information Technology & Management, or a related field;
    • 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Data Analyst, or a related occupation;
    • Experience creating/updating databases, building complex stored procedures (SQL);
    • Experience designing and deploying reports for internal and external clients;
    • Experience creating PowerBI dashboards with critical KPIs using Business Intelligence (BI) tools (i.e. PowerBI, Tableau, or Looker);
    • Experience interpreting data, forecasting, and predictive modeling;
    • Experience working with large data sets;
    • Experience presenting data analysis to internal and external stakeholders, and making executive presentations; and
    • Experience using: SQL, ETL, Oracle, Tableau, SSRS, Excel, PostgreSQL, and Python.
