Description

This position is being offered by an advisor team located in Crystal Lake, one of Chicago's premier northwestern suburbs. WestPoint Financial Group is assisting with the sourcing of this position.

A successful and tenured advisor practice is looking for an additional member to add to their highly skilled team as a Client Service Associate.

This position is Part-Time, offers approximately 30 hours per week, and includes a liberal benefits package, paid time off and continuing education opportunities.

Duties:

• Scheduling appointments with clients
• Calendar management
• Delivering high quality client service in a professional manner
• Database management and reporting
• Follow-up with team members regarding outstanding items
• Various administrative support as assigned

Qualifications:

• Proficient with technology and digital processes
• Capable user of Microsoft Office Suite
• Able to Prioritize and Multi-task efficiently
• Excellent communication skills
