- Optimizing packaging size to minimize shipping costs while ensuring quality
- Billing and shipping completed orders using warehouse software
- Meeting daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly output goals
- Safely operating warehouse equipment
- Maintaining a clean work environment
- Communicating with Shipping Manager regarding any work-related issues
- Ensuring regular on-site attendance
- Performing additional tasks as requested by the Manager
- Minimum of 1 year experience in distribution, preferably with receiving/inventory experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Adaptability to changing business needs and handling difficult situations with tact
- Customer service-oriented mindset with a focus on exceeding expectations
- Ability to push and pull up to 150 lbs
- Lift and carry items weighing 50 to 75 lbs
- Perform physical tasks like bending, squatting, and climbing throughout the shift
- Work in varied temperatures within the facility

1st Shift: Monday-Thursday 7:00AM-5:30PM
3A Shift: Sunday-Wednesday 7:00PM-5:30AM
3B Shift: Monday-Thursday 7:00PM-5:30AM
4th Shift: Friday-Sunday 6:00AM-6:30PM
