As a new Licensed Insurance Sales Representative will pursue and respond to the requests and needs of prospective and current clients who need insurance. As a Licensed Insurance Sales Representative, you will be trained to act as a consultant for businesses and families, evaluating needs and recommending the most appropriate means of meeting those needs. We provide our new Sales Representatives with ongoing training and support on their path to success so they can best serve our customers

    Responsibilities

    Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.

    Prospecting and generating new business through leads & referral sources.

    Treat each customer contact as a cross and up-sell opportunity including financial products.

    Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and closes sales.

    Follow up with customers to assure satisfaction, respond to queries, solicit further sales, and solve or refer problems.

    Responds to all inquiries, cancellation requests, and sales requests within a specified timeframe.

    Maintain knowledge of new products.


    Requirements

    Ability to obtain or possess an active Property & Casualty Insurance License.

    Ability to obtain or possess an active Life & Health Insurance License.

    Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive, resourceful, and be coachable.

    Confident, self-starter who works well independently.

    Exceptional Business Writing and Editing Skills.

    Strong work ethic and leadership skills.

    Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
