We are seeking a Project Manager to join our team You will oversee project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and implementation.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of the steel construction project from detailing to installation
• Review sites, field measure, attend site meetings
• Supervise onsite personnel and or subcontractors
• Interface with project superintendents, coordinating contractors, architects and clients
• Negotiate with contractors to receive reasonable order costs
• Maintain high standards of workmanship that adhere to original plans and specifications

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in construction management in Structural Steel
• Familiarity with construction management software
• Strong leadership qualities
• Strong negotiation skills
• Deadline and detail-oriented
