    JOB DESCRIPTION:
    Manages non-conforming materials, specifically RMAs and MRB cabinet, with Program Management, Production, and Quality from receipt to resolution

    Support CAPA activities and investigate, analyze, or assist in Root Cause

    Coordinate and leads MRB meetings

    Defines and develops quality metrics in conjunction with Management

    Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data; making recommendations

    Document Control

    Contributes to the development of processes and procedures

    Manages and conducts internal audits

    Supports external customer audits

    Assist/Initiate containment actions (Quality Alerts, Purges, Stop Ship Notices), as required

    Preparing and implementing quality assurance policies and procedures

    Assist and lead Qualification activities (IQ, OQ, PQ)

    Ensure calibration and preventative maintenance activities are completed and appropriate records are kept

    Participate in interdepartmental project teams as required

    Train personnel on QA controlled documents

    Perform or support quality related activities

    Basic knowledge and use of XRAY and AOI to aide and facilitate needed failure analysis to determine root cause

    Other miscellaneous duties assigned by supervisor or manager to support manufacturing and operations

    Supports Quality, Program Managers and Operations Team in all aspects of quality related items in order to maintain conformance and ship product

    Conducts special projects

    Identify possible areas of improvement in quality control process

    Other various tasks as needed to support customer requirements


    JOB REQUIREMENTS:
    College Degree required (science or related field preferred); or 5 years manufacturing experience.


    Requires flexibility, initiative, ability to work well with others and willingness to take on new responsibilities as the department expands and changes.

    Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.

    Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (e.g., Word, Excel, Outlook, Calendar, etc.)

    Excellent analytical, organizational and communication skills

    Must be able to occasionally lift and carry items weighing approximately up to 25 lbs.

    Must be a U.S. Person per EAR Part 772 and ITAR

    Recommended but not required, Experience with ISO9001, AS9100, ISO 13485

    This is a full-time, on-site position and cannot be supported remotely
