- Implement work instructions and operation guidelines by describing layout, parts, tact time, equipment, self-inspection
- Create High Voltage Process control
- Create and sustain process flow and FMEA
- Create a tightening torque management process
- Support station development activities for optimization providing better ergonomics
- Sustain the change management process
- Coordinate electronic control unit parameterization supporting cyber security
- Support assembly control systems (MES)
- Electrical or Mechanical Engineering degree or relevant background strongly preferred.
- 1-2 years' experience in the automotive industry.
- Experience in manufacturing process methods, Lean Management, 5S Methods
- Experience with automotive high-voltage handling and safety
- Experience in quality management processes on the shop floor
- Ability to understand and adhere to company Policies in all areas.
- $85,000-$105,000 annual salary, depending on skills and experience
