EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
BA in business, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Experience and familiarity with developing ad hoc analysis related to business productivity and efficiency.
Experience in the healthcare industry preferred but not required.

KEY SKILLS AND ABILITIES
Strong customer service skills and ability to communicate one-on-one with outside clients.
Ability to explain and simplify financial results to someone who may not have similar acumen.
Strong knowledge of generally accepted accounting concepts, techniques, and principles, specifically the profit and loss statement and balance sheet.
Experience and familiarity with developing ad hoc analysis related to business productivity and efficiency.
High level of attention to detail.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and transition effectively from one task to another.
Effective time management and organization skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, with advanced proficiency in Excel.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES
Completing financial benchmarking reports.
Inputting, reviewing, and analyzing P&Ls and other financial reports.
Effectively and appropriately communicating with internal and external customers.
Providing training and education to various customers and internal team members on financial analysis.

Completing administrative functions related to the financial benchmarking process including but not limited to intaking information, generating benchmarking requests, and entering data into Excel.

Providing other financial analysis support to consultants.
Creating, formatting, editing, and/or maintaining Excel, PowerPoint, and Word documents.
The starting salary for this position is $70,000, dependent upon skills and experience.
