Memorial Healthcare System is looking for a dedicated critical care physician to join their critical care team, particularly for night shifts. The ideal candidate must possess exceptional clinical skills and a wide-ranging knowledge in critical care to deliver top-tier, evidence-based care. Being board-certified in critical care medicine is a must.

• Previous experience in managing cardiac surgery patients is preferred but not mandatory.
• The selected physician will be involved in various facets of caring for cardiac surgery patients, such as mechanical devices, advanced heart failure patients, ECMO, and transplants.

The CVICU and Cardiac Surgery team at Memorial Healthcare System has consistently achieved the highest rankings for patient outcomes in the last decade.

• 12-hour in-house shifts (7pm-7am) with no obligations beyond these shifts.
• Approximately 15 shifts per month, with the possibility of more if desired.

This is a full-time role within the Memorial Physician Group, offering competitive benefits and a compensation package that aligns with the candidate's expertise and training. Professional malpractice and medical liability coverage are provided under sovereign immunity.
