Requirements:

Associate's degree or higher in early childhood education or related field
Minimum of one year teaching experience in childcare or pre-kindergarten setting

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in early childhood education or related field
Two or more years of teaching experience in childcare or pre-kindergarten setting
Proficiency in English and Spanish

Job Responsibilities:

Supervise classroom children to ensure safety and wellbeing
Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum
Plan experiences that cater to diverse developmental stages and backgrounds
Ensure compliance with all regulations and standards
Foster positive relationships with families and stakeholders

Working Conditions:

Must meet background check and clearance requirements
Follow a full-year schedule with Monday - Friday operation
Possibility of exposure to bodily fluids and infectious diseases
Ability to travel and lift up to 40 pounds
Work with children with special needs and various medical conditions
