- Monitor resident activities and promptly report any concerns or rule violations.
- Manage key control and ensure proper availability of cleaning supplies for facility maintenance.
- Supervise safety protocols and report incidents when necessary.
- Provide guidance to resident workers and ensure quality work standards.
- Conduct medication audits and administer prescriptions to residents.
- High School diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimum of one year experience in security-related roles.
- Preferred six months experience in monitoring residents in a correctional setting.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Completion of required training programs.
- Willingness to work different shifts.
- Valid driver's license.
- Minimum age of 18 years.
