- Two (2) or more years of supervisory or management experience in an industrial, manufacturing, or military environment
- Experience in leading a department focusing on EH&S, Reliability, Production, Cost, and Quality Excellence
- Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, as well as the ability to learn various PC-based production and operations applications
- Flexibility to work varying schedules
- Willingness to work in an industrial manufacturing plant, including loud or extreme temperature areas
- Demonstrated commitment to safety and promoting safe work practices
- Experience in employee performance and change management to support our MBM based culture
- Bachelor's Degree or higher in Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical engineering, or related field AND three (3) years of supervisory or management experience in wood products environment -OR- Associate's Degree in a technical field AND five (5) or more years of supervisory or management experience in a wood products setting
- Experience with computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) like SAP, MP2, ActivPlant
