    Description
    Strategic Analysis, Inc (SA) is seeking a versatile, skilled AI/ML Technical SETA to support the Advanced Research Projects Agency for Health (ARPA-H) activities
    ARPA-H Resilient Systems Office requires a Technical SETA to play a crucial role in the planning, coordination, and execution of related activities within the ARPA-H organization
    Some travel required

    Specific Duties Required:

    • Work closely with ARPA-H Program Manager and leaders in state-of-the art applications of AI in medicine.
    • Contribute to all aspects of the program lifecycle, including design, soliciting solutions, and evaluating proposed solutions, attending stakeholder engagements, before and after solicitations and assist with performance assessments.
    • Interact with experts from industry, academia, clinical sites, and the government to help shape the next generation of healthcare AI systems in the US.
    • Use in depth technical knowledge and understanding to critically contribute to successful launch and execution of bold, transformative programs

    Qualifications:
    Education: Computer Science, Engineering, Physics, Math, Statistics or related field Experience required:


    • Previous work in artificial intelligence in healthcare with a proven record of publications and/or in-depth work.
    • Previous work with large medical datasets, including issues with data quality and variability, scalability, annotation, and ground truth, bias and generalizability.
    • Proven ability to work with a range of stakeholders, including technical experts, and clinicians.
    • Familiarity with deep learning techniques, including neural network architectures, training techniques and model efficiency.
    • Familiarity/ previous work with one or more of the following areas: Machine Learning for medical diagnosis, applications of AI in electronic health records, reductive analysis, natural language processing and interface between AI and clinicians.
    • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
    • Ability to multitask, excellent organizational skills, and manage priorities and meet deadlines
